Breast Pump...

The Medela Swing Breastpump price is RM768.00. Expensive, but it looks so cool. Has anyone tried this. Am also looking at the new AVENT ISIS iQ UNO Handheld Electronic Breast Pump. Its priced at RM650 if not mistaken.Sigh. Semua mahal2. Hmm.. maybe I'll just stick to what I have at the moment. Kalau dapat bonus 2 bln, boleh lah jugak nak invest in a new pump. hehe. Tengoklah dulu macam mana kan.

Shop.. Shop.. at Sogo
I went to Sogo during lunch time. They have quite good bargains especially baju budak2. (sale sampai 22nd April sajer tau) I bought a nice pair of pants and tee's to go with it for Zahra. And for my unborn baby, pee jays and tees and pants.
Ikutkan hati, nak beli banyak lagi. Hehe. But have to 'spend wisely'. Actually masa pergi Sogo tuh pun bukannya nak beli baju budak2. But to buy something for hubby. Tapi tengok2 sana sini. Tak berkenan pulak.
Anyway, shopping sakan punya hal till tak sedar dah 1 pm. So kena tapau jer lah. Hmm.. makan pun nak kena decide. Keluar2 dari lif, terus nampak 1901. Had ‘Ted Texas”. Nice.
Hmm.. still tak puas shopping. Cause tak beli apa2 for hubby yet. Maybe esok boleh singgah isetan on the way to PC Fair. By the way, I’m on leave tomorrow so that I can go to the PC Fair. Ingat nak cari some extra gig to keep all my mp3s.

Tragic Thursday
You hear it in the news and papers. Friends and colleague's send emails and sms warn you to be careful. But when it happens to someone you know, it hits you like a brick. It can happen to anyone. What am I talking about. Snatch thief.
On a fine Thursday morning, something unexpected happened to my colleague on her way to work. She got robbed. Near her house which is somewhere in Cheras. She got slashed with a very sharp 'parang'. Unfortunately for her, the sharp parang went through one of her finger/right hand's bone. A minor operation was performed on her hand and most probably wont be able to use her right hand for a while. Kesian kan. Thankfully that was it. Of course her handphone, purse and handbag is gone. And she has to make police report, cancel all her cards. Banyak lah kerja sikit. But at least she's still alive. Betul tak?
Just a word of advise to all u out there. Be careful. If someone grabs ur handbag, let it go. If you're going to the bank to take out your salary, go with a friend. And always keep a pepper spray within your reach.

Aquaria...
Some pictures taken at Aquaria. If you want to go there, bring your kid(s). Kalau tak a bit bored. The place is a bit cramp and its quite expensive. And adult's ticket costs RM28. Not so sure how much is the children's ticket though.
Conclusion: I would rate the place 7 over 10.
A school of fish in the tank. The pictures didnt turn out so great cause we have to switch off the flash. There is actually a sign that says no flash photography.
Feeding time. The big fish is actually a shark. Not sure what kind.
If you go to Aquaria, make sure you dont miss this.
This is the highlight of the exhibition.

Trip to Frasers Hill
Every year, we make it a point to spend at least a few days at Tanglin Bungalow, just to rest and relax. Its so quiet and peaceful. And the food prepared by Kak Rokiah is superb.
This year's journey was a bit longer than usual. We spent at least 4 hours on the road because of the jam on PLUS highway. Lucky for us, we took Guthrie Highway. If not, we're probably spend more time on the road. By the time we reach Frasers Hill, we were so hungry and tired. We had our late lunch and rested till about 8pm. Then makan lagi. Barbeque. Yum yumm... we had lamb, chicken, beef and some buttered rice. Sedapnya. Looks like I'm going to gain a few kilo's during the weekend. (no pictures of the barbeque cause the photographer was busy eating).
The next day was spent at Allen's water park and another park(not sure whats the name of the place, tapi u can ride the horse and there's some rabbits in a cage. Also ada tempat archery).
Jalan... jalan... sedar2 its already lunch time. By then everybody was feeling tired and hungry. That evening, it rained a bit. The next day we left Frasers Hill at around 11.30pm.
Traffic was good. It took us only about 2 to 3 hrs to reach Kelana Jaya.
When is the next vacation? Hmm.. not sure yet... As for now, I leave you with some pictures taken at Frasers Hill.

Trip to Janda Baik
Last Friday, we went to Janda Baik. We went there cause I had to attend a personal development course given by my company. It was a good course, and I definitely enjoyed it eventhough we had to go jungle trekking. Some of the things that I learned during the course was about planning and various tools that we can use to monitor, review and implement it. In life, whether its work, or your ownpersonal development. You should plan to PLAN. And it would be beneficial if you can do it from the start so that you dont lose track of what you really want to do in life.
Among the tools that was highlighted in the course, I found three tools that's most useful ;
1. Gant Chart
2. Ishikawa Diagram
3. Pareto Law
All three are easy to use and will InsyaAllah help you with your planning, and organizing, whether its for work or your personal life.
InsyaAllah, I will also use the tools taught during the course in my life. After all what is ilmu without amal right? :)

Errk..
Yesterday was not really a good day for me.
First, the report that I was checking was still incorrect. This is probably due to some programming error. And till now it still cant be correct. I wonder if this is because of the *SMR #696
Secondly, I found out that I overlooked the commission detail in an earlier comm report in UAT. Thereby causing the overriding commission to be double the correct amount.
Thirdly, I fell asleep with Zahra and only woke up at about 5am. Baru lah nak solat Isyak. Which made me feel a bit upset as I wanted to create a good impression to Allah Almighty. Definitely not by being tardy. Uwaa.. Sedihnya. Anyway, better late than never kan?(ni nak sedapkan hati jer).
Hopefully today will be a better day.
Started today with arriving in the office earlier than usual. Which is good.
Attended the stabilisation meeting. As usual I was late. TTH actually glared at me. I guess I'm the most unwanted person in the IT Dept. Sigh. Apa nak buat? Not that I overlook the report intentionally.
What can I do... except pray to Allah and tawakkal a lot.
"Ya Allah. Just help me get through today and let me be alert and focus today."
Note:
1. UAT is a system used for testing purposes. When an error occurs in the live system, UAT is used by the user to simulate the same scenario as the live system. This is to identify how the system reacts to different scenarios.
2. SMR is system modify request. Used allocate work to programmers for them attend to request by user to rectify or amend issues that arise in the system.

The 'L I T T L E' Things
Someone forwarded this email to me. And I think its worth your time to read and reflect on it.
The 'L I T T L E' Things
As you might know, the head of a company survived 9/11
because his son started kindergarten.
Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to
bring donuts.
One woman was late because her alarm clock didn't go
off in time.
One was late because of being stuck on the NJ Turnpike
because of an auto accident.
One of them missed his bus.
One spilled food on her clothes and had to take time
to change.
One's car wouldn't start. One went back to answer the
telephone.
One had a child that dawdled and didn't get ready as
soon as he should have.
One couldn't get a taxi.
The one that struck me was the man who put on a new
pair of shoes that morning, took the various means to
get to work but before he got there, he developed a
blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy
a band-aid. That is why he is alive today.
Now when I am stuck in traffic, miss an elevator, turn
back to answer a ringing telephone...all the little
things that annoy me,
I think to myself, this is exactly where Allah wants
me to be at this very moment..
Next time your morning seems to be going wrong, the
children are slow getting dressed, you can't seem to
find the car keys, you hit every traffic light, don't
get mad or frustrated; Allah is at work watching over
you.
May Allah continue to bless you with all those
annoying little things and may you remember their
possible purpose.
